北京光跃极枢智能科技有限公司（以下统称"小球圈"或"我们"）一向庄严承诺保护使用小球圈的产品和服务（以下统称"小球圈服务"）之用户（以下统称"用户"或"您"）的个人信息和隐私安全。我们希望通过《小球圈隐私政策》（以下简称"本政策"）向您说明我们在收集和使用您相关个人信息时对应的处理规则相关事宜，以便更好地保障您的权益。

Beijing Guangyue Jishu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Spherely" or "we") solemnly commits to protecting the personal information and privacy security of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You") who use Spherely's products and services (hereinafter referred to as "Spherely Services"). We collect your personal information primarily to enable you and other users to use Spherely Services more easily and satisfactorily. Spherely's goal is to provide all internet users with a safe, fun, and educational tennis life sharing experience.

1、您提供的信息： 您在注册小球圈服务的账号或使用小球圈服务时，向我们提供的信息；以及您通过小球圈服务向第三方提供的共享信息。 1. Information provided by you: Information you provide to us when registering a Spherely account or using Spherely Services; and shared information you provide to third parties through Spherely Services.
2、第三方共享的您的信息： 即第三方使用小球圈服务时所提供有关您的共享信息。 2. Your information shared by third parties: Shared information about you provided by third parties when they use Spherely Services.

帮助您完成注册及登录： 当您注册、登录小球圈及使用相关服务时，您可以通过手机号码创建账号，并且您可以完善相关的网络身份识别信息（小球圈账号、头像、昵称）。 Help you complete registration and login: When you register, log in to Spherely, and use related services, you can create an account via your mobile phone number, and you can complete related network identity information (Spherely account, avatar, nickname).
维护基本功能的正常运行： 我们可能会收集您的日志信息（登录账号、IP地址、访问记录、使用时长等）和设备信息（设备型号、操作系统、设备标识符、网络信息等）。 Maintain the normal operation of basic functions: We may collect your log information (login account, IP address, access records, duration of use, etc.) and device information (device model, operating system, device identifiers, network information, etc.).
您使用小球圈核心服务功能： 您下载、保存图片、视频、音频时，需要您提供设备储存读写和访问权限。 Use of Spherely core service functions: When you download or save images, videos, or audio, you need to provide device storage read/write and access permissions.
定位功能： 当您开启设备定位功能并使用小球圈基于地理位置提供的相关服务时，我们可能会通过授权获得您的地理位置信息。 Location function: When you enable the device location function and use Spherely's location-based services, we may obtain your geolocation information through authorization.
分享功能： 当您想要将小球圈服务分享到第三方平台时，我们需要您授权我们获取您在第三方平台的信息（头像、昵称公开信息以及您授权的其他信息）。 Sharing function: When you want to share Spherely services to third-party platforms, we need your authorization to obtain your information on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, public information, and other information authorized by you).

为确保APP正常运转，我们或我们的合作伙伴会在您的移动设备上存储名为Cookies的小数据文件。Cookies通常包含标识符、站点名称以及一些号码和字符。借助于Cookies，小球圈APP能够存储您的数据。

To ensure the normal operation of the APP, we or our partners will store small data files called Cookies on your mobile device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With the help of Cookies, the Spherely APP can store your data.

三、我们可能共享、转让和披露的个人信息 III. Personal Information We May Share, Transfer, and Disclose

我们非常重视保护您的个人信息。除以下情形外，未经您另行同意，我们不会与小球圈之外的任何第三方共享您的个人信息：

We attach great importance to protecting your personal information. Except for the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third party outside Spherely without your separate consent:

为实现我们的服务/功能所必需进行的共享。Sharing necessary to implement our services/functions.
与我们的部分合作伙伴的必要共享。包括向提供数据服务的合作伙伴共享日志信息、设备信息。Necessary sharing with some of our partners, including sharing log information and device information with partners providing data services.
基于用户生成内容的二次创作。为了制作每周十佳球、精彩集锦等内容，我们可能会使用您上传的网球视频进行二次创作。Secondary creation based on user-generated content. In order to produce content such as "Top 10 Shots of the Week" and highlight reels, we may use the tennis videos you upload for secondary creation.

（二）转让 (2) Transfer

随着我们业务的持续发展，我们有可能进行合并、收购、资产转让或类似的交易，而您的信息有可能作为此类交易的一部分而被转移。

As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions.

四、我们如何存储和保护个人信息 IV. How We Store and Protect Personal Information

存储： 除法律法规或监管部门另有规定外，我们会保留您的个人信息3年，操作日志根据法律规定不低于6个月。我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息，存储在中国境内。

Storage: Unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities, we will retain your personal information for 3 years, and operation logs for no less than 6 months as required by law. Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored in China.

访问您的个人信息： 您可以在小球圈的【我的】-【设置】中查看和修改您的账户信息。 Access your personal information: You can view and modify your account information in Spherely's [Me] - [Settings].
删除您的个人信息： 在符合法律法规的情况下，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求。 Delete your personal information: Under circumstances compliant with laws and regulations, you can request us to delete your personal information.
注销账户： 您随时可注销此前注册的账户，您可以通过【我的】-【设置】-【账号注销】自行操作。 Cancel Account: You can cancel your previously registered account at any time via [Me] - [Settings] - [Account Cancellation].

六、第三方服务 VI. Third-Party Services

我们的服务中可能包含第三方提供的服务或链接。请您注意，第三方服务由相关的第三方负责运营。本政策仅适用于我们所收集的个人信息，并不适用于任何第三方提供的服务。

Our services may contain services or links provided by third parties. Please note that third-party services are operated by relevant third parties. This Policy only applies to personal information collected by us and does not apply to any services provided by third parties.

我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。根据相关法律法规的规定，若您是18周岁以下的未成年人，在使用小球圈服务前，应事先取得您的家长或法定监护人的同意。

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using Spherely Services.

八、修订和通知 VIII. Revisions and Notifications

为了给您提供更好的服务，小球圈及相关服务将不时更新与变化，我们会适时对本政策进行修订。未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您按照本政策所应享有的权利。

To provide you with better services, Spherely and related services will update and change from time to time, and we will revise this Policy in due course. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this Policy.
