Beijing Guangyue Jishu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively, “Spherely”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy. This Spherely Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use Spherely products and services, and how you may manage such information.

1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

We process personal information only to the extent necessary to provide product functions, maintain service security and stability, conduct necessary analytics, comply with legal obligations, and deliver services you actively choose to use. Unless otherwise required by law or separately consented to by you, we will not process your personal information beyond the purposes, methods, and scope described in this Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Mobile phone number, verification code, or third-party login authorization information provided during registration or sign-in;
• Avatar, nickname, profile, Spherely handle, and other profile information you choose to complete;
• Text, images, videos, audio, comments, direct messages, and related metadata you upload when posting content;
• Information you provide when contacting customer service, submitting feedback, or participating in activities.

1.2 Information We Automatically Process During Your Use of the Service

1.3 Special Notes on Device Information, Installed App Lists, and Sensors

To safeguard the secure operation of the software and services, prevent fraud, investigate crash causes, and conduct data statistics, we collect your device MAC address and software installation list or app list.

To implement the core motion recording and analysis features of the Spherely app, such as action analysis and movement trajectory calculation, we need to access specific types of sensors on your device, including but not limited to accelerometers and gyroscopes. Please note that standalone sensor data is not personal private information; it will be protected as personal information only when combined with other information that can identify a specific natural person.

• To keep this Policy aligned with our actual processing activities, we specifically note that the App and integrated third-party SDKs may process installed app lists, device MAC addresses, SSID, BSSID, and other device, network, or push identifiers depending on the platform, OS version, and permission status.
• Such information is used only for purposes directly related to operating the service, including push notifications, analytics, attribution, crash monitoring, instant messaging, security risk control, anti-fraud, compatibility checks, and service stability, and will not be used beyond the scope described in this Policy.
• Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we initialize or invoke third-party SDKs for analytics, attribution, push notifications, instant messaging, and crash monitoring only after you agree to this Policy. If you decline, the App will not process the information that relies on those SDKs, and some features may not function properly.
• If the relevant platform, OS version, or permission mechanism restricts access to installed app lists, MAC addresses, or similar data, we and the third-party SDKs will process such information only within the scope actually permitted by the platform.
• If the actual categories, purposes, methods, or scope of processing by a third-party SDK change, we will update this Policy, the third-party list, and in-app notices in a timely manner instead of expanding the processing scope without notice.

1.4 Special Notes on Clipboard Information

To provide features such as sharing passcode recognition, invitation link recognition, content copying, quick pasting, activity code recognition, and page redirection, we may read from or write to your device clipboard. We process clipboard information only when you actively trigger the relevant feature, or when the App is opened to identify whether the clipboard contains Spherely-related passcodes, links, or invitation codes.

We will not continuously or frequently read your clipboard, nor will we read it in unrelated background scenarios. If clipboard content is unrelated to Spherely services, we will not store, upload, or use it for other purposes. You may manage clipboard information by not using related copy, paste, or passcode-recognition features, clearing clipboard content, or limiting related access through system settings.

1.5 Main Purposes of Collection

1. To help you complete account registration, login, and identity recognition;
2. To provide video editing, content publishing, community interaction, training analysis, and cloud storage services;
3. To ensure service stability and security, handle anomalies, identify risks, and improve the product;
4. To respond to your inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and after-sales requests;
5. To conduct statistical analysis, product improvement, and operational activities with proper authorization where required.

2. How We Use Cookies or Similar Technologies

To ensure normal service operation and improve your experience, we or our partners may use cookies, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to preserve status, identify devices, perform analytics, and troubleshoot issues. You may manage these technologies through your browser or device settings, but some changes may affect the normal use of the service.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information

3.1 Sharing

Except in the following situations, we will not share your personal information with parties outside Spherely without your separate consent:

• Sharing necessary to implement service functions, such as with cloud storage, push notification, login authentication, analytics, attribution analysis, crash monitoring, instant messaging, and other service providers;
• When you actively choose or authorize sharing, login, or synchronization with a third-party platform;
• When necessary to maintain platform security, resolve disputes, or respond to lawful requests;
• Other circumstances required by laws and regulations.

3.2 Transfer

As our business develops, we may undergo mergers, demergers, asset transfers, or similar transactions. If personal information is transferred, we will require the receiving party to continue being bound by this Policy in accordance with applicable law and will notify you through reasonable means.

3.3 Public Disclosure

We will publicly disclose your personal information only with your separate consent or where expressly required by laws and regulations.

4. How We Store and Protect Personal Information

4.1 Storage Location and Retention

Personal information collected and generated during our operations in the People's Republic of China is generally stored within China. Some third-party service providers may process data directly related to their services inside or outside China depending on their server deployment. In such cases, we require those providers to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will explain the situation through supplementary rules, separate notices, or updates to this Policy where required. Unless otherwise required by law, regulation, or agreement, we retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy.

For clipboard information, you may choose not to use related copy, paste, or passcode-recognition features, clear clipboard content, or limit related access through system settings;
• Account Cancellation: You may apply to cancel your account following the in-app instructions;

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party SDKs, links, or services for functions such as login, sharing, push notifications, analytics, attribution analysis, crash monitoring, instant messaging, and cloud storage. The collection and processing of information by such third parties are governed by their own rules.

Unless otherwise required by law, we initialize SDKs related to analytics, attribution, push notifications, instant messaging, and crash monitoring only after you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, the App may still provide some basic browsing or display capabilities, but features relying on those SDKs may not work properly.
