小球圈付费服务协议 Spherely Paid Service Agreement

Thank you for using the paid services provided by Spherely (the “Service”). Please read and agree to all terms of the Spherely Paid Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to all or part of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Content

This Service mainly includes diamond top-ups and the paid capabilities unlocked through such diamonds. You may use purchased diamonds to unlock advanced analysis, professional video processing, cloud features, or other paid functions within the app, subject to what is displayed on the relevant pages and actually made available.

Diamonds are virtual in-app entitlements. The acquisition, consumption, validity period, scope of use, and redemption rules for diamonds are subject to the purchase pages, campaign pages, or feature pages.

2. Payment Methods and Pricing

You may purchase diamonds through Apple's in-app purchase system. The price, promotional rules, and bonus arrangements for different diamond packages are subject to the payment page at the time of purchase. Spherely may adjust pricing in accordance with the law based on business needs and will communicate such adjustments through page updates or other reasonable means.

3. Rules of Use

• You may use purchased diamonds within the scope permitted by law and platform rules;
• Diamonds may not be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for legal tender, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the platform;
• If you obtain diamonds or paid entitlements through abnormal transactions, fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or other improper means, Spherely may recover the relevant entitlements and pursue liability;
• Once diamonds are used to unlock or consume a service, such consumption is generally irreversible.

4. Refund Rules

According to Apple App Store policy, refunds for in-app purchases are generally handled by Apple. If you believe duplicate charges, payment anomalies, or major service failures have occurred, you may first apply for a refund through Apple's official channels and may also contact us for assistance in verification.

5. Service Changes and Termination

Spherely may adjust the content, pricing, entitlement structure, display format, and available scope of paid services due to business changes, technology upgrades, or compliance requirements, and will provide reasonable notice. If the platform decides to terminate a paid service, it will handle any lawfully acquired but unused user entitlements in accordance with applicable law.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spherely is not liable for service interruption or abnormal use of paid services caused by network anomalies, device failures, third-party payment channel problems, force majeure, or similar circumstances, but will make reasonable efforts to assist you in troubleshooting and handling the issue.

7. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If such consultation fails, either party may bring legal proceedings before a court with competent jurisdiction.
